Electronic Campsey Corpus
- 2 April 2019: Thanks to Frank Tompa (Prof. emeritus, Cheriton School of Computing Science, University of Waterloo) for updating the search egine to solve technical issues.
- 15 April 2017: new edition of Denis Piramus, Vie s. Edmund le rei (MS Manchester JRUL French 142), now also in print edition (ANTS 2014); and an edition of the copy of this text in MS London BL Cot. Dom. A. xi.
- 8 January 2013: two new editions: Guillaume de Berneville, Vie de saint Giles, and Simund de Freine, Vie de seint Georges. These lives, along with Simon de Walsingham, Vie de s. Fey, and Guillaume LeClerc de Normandie, Roman de s. Marie Magdaleine are translated in Verse Saints' Lives , French of England Translation Series, 5 (Tempe, Arizona, 2012).
- 25 August 2010: inclusion of a Critical dossier on the Life of St. Osith: Introduction, critical article, edition of the text and facing page English translation, extracted, with permission, from PLL 41 (2005).

UPDATES:
This site offers electronic editions of French verse saints' lives written in medieval England. The primary focus is on the thirteen works in the unique Campsey manuscript, the only known medieval collection composed solely of French verse saints' lives. Six of these thirteen lives are also extant in other manuscripts, and these copies are also included in the corpus (with the exception of the multiple copies of Becket, in progress).
